Spring is in the air! It seems like everywhere we look, people are outside, cleaning up yards, exercising, and enjoying a little warm weather. With new years resolutions and warmer weather for jogging, more people are hitting the gyms and sweating up a fever. It’s good to take care and not push yourself too hard, but sometimes muscle soreness is unavoidable.
